These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aoi-Chan Discord Bot ("the Bot", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Bot.

By accessing or using Aoi-Chan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Bot.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aoi-Chan. By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Bot, you must have a valid Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

When using Aoi-Chan, you agree not to:

• Use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Generate or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass any limitations or restrictions placed on the Bot
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Bot
• Use the Bot in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality
• Use automated scripts to interact with the Bot
• Exploit the Bot for commercial purposes without explicit permission

Free and Premium Tiers

Aoi-Chan offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier provides limited access to features, while premium subscriptions offer enhanced capabilities and higher usage limits.

Payment Terms

If you choose to subscribe to a premium tier:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices upon reasonable notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

The Bot, including its code, design, logos, and content, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Bot. However, by using Aoi-Chan to generate content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Feedback

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions regarding the Bot, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Bot
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Bot
• Any content obtained from the Bot
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the Bot will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that defects will be corrected.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Bot.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Bot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
